Our Commitment During COVID-19

As the COVID-19 outbreak progresses, please know that we at Advanced Appliance are doing what we can to keep you and our staff safe. As an essential service, we understand the vitality of having working appliances during this crisis; therefore, we are abiding by all CDC guidelines and following protocols and practices to ensure the safety of all involved. Please note the following policies and changes that we, Advanced Appliance, are currently enforcing:

While we are still assisting our customers with service and part sales, our office is currently closed to the public as we minimalism unnecessary contact.

If you need to purchase a part, an office member will meet you outside our office to deliver your purchase. Please stay in your vehicle.

Our office staff is currently screening each customer for any indication that someone in the residence may have been exposed to COVID-19. Please be honest in your responses so we can keep our team and community safe.

Any technician or office member who is showing symptoms associated with COVID-19 are being required to remain home.

Technicians are wearing protective, but disposable gear on their hands and feet which are changed for each customer.

Technicians are adhering to the social distancing policy and are remaining 3 to 6 feet from customers whenever possible.

Technicians will be in uniform and will always introduce themselves, though they are not currently shaking hands with their customers in greeting.
Technicians are asking customer’s if there is an accessible sink they can use if they need to wash their hands for any reason doing the repair visit.

Technicians are wiping down surfaces they, or their tools, come in contact with.
